Facility specifications · supplied graphic
The supplied Protect Inola graphic cites the September 3, 2026 PSD application, Tables 2.1-1, B-1 and B-2, for:
- Two primary GTC stacks: 65 m (213 ft) each.
- Two potroom buildings; 484 pots total.
- Average potline building height: 13.845 m (45.4 ft); average length: 800 m (2,625 ft).
- Other stack/release heights: 57, 52, 25, 15, 10 and 5 m.
These numbers are transcribed from the graphic, not independently verified against the tables here. DEQ lists the corrected September 3 application as under technical review. Official application and supporting documents.
No zone resizing is justified by these dimensions alone. Stack-specific emission rates, exhaust temperature and velocity, stack diameters and coordinates, building downwash, terrain, meteorology, and modeled concentrations are needed. The current bands remain illustrative and are not calculated from these dimensions or the 0.64 lb/t proposal.

Wind is named for where it comes FROM: north wind carries smoke SOUTH. Petals show whole-year synthetic transport directions; the white needle and smoke show the current downwind direction. Smoke instantly realigns when the wind changes; it is not a history of released particles. Colored bands are fixed annual illustrations, not the current plume or exposure zones.

Counts synthetic wind directions within 25° of the approximate school bearing. It does not calculate plume arrival, concentrations, or actual school exposure.
